The Artega GT goes electric

Little by little, all manufacturers are adapting their vehicles to the latest trends which, as has been happening in recent years, means adapting their powertrains to hybrid technology, something that has not gone unnoticed by the executives at Artega, who have just presented the electric version of their striking Artega GT
As you can see from the title of this very post, the name chosen for this unusual version of the sports car is Artega SE, a name with which the company’s executives intend to clearly differentiate their imposing GT from this electric version which, depending on how it is received, could or could not reach the market.

Without a doubt a very attractive proposal that will undoubtedly compete head-to-head in a few years with cars as charismatic as the Tesla Roadster, above all thanks to the inclusion of two electric motors dedicated to driving the rear axle alone, which deliver a maximum output of 380 CV.
Thanks to such power, the result is a sports car capable, among other things, of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.3 seconds or reaching a top speed above 250 km/h. As you can see, performance worthy of a true supercar, which will be combined, according to Artega, with a range in mixed cycle of 300 km.
As for the batteries used, according to the German company, they can be recharged at any standard socket or opt for fast charging, with which the batteries can be charged from critical levels in just 90 minutes. Even so, this vehicle apparently also features a comprehensive energy recovery system using engine braking, a system fully configurable by the user.
