The Honda Jazz e:HEV adds new trim levels to the range
The small city car from Honda adds two trim levels to its hybrid version, which can already be reserved in Spain and which come at an adjusted price.

February kicks off with the news that Honda small city car, the Jazz e:HEV, has added two new trim levels to its range. These are named Advance and Sport and bring some changes to the car, which keeps the essence of the model but offers distinct features.
In the case of the Advance version, we find a more defined grille design, as well as darkened headlights, which give it a distinctive look. At the front, a sportier style is visible, and the design of both the front and rear bumpers has been fitted with body-colour trim accents, which enhance the distinctive image sought.

In the case of the Sport version, it goes on sale in Urban Grey. It also includes the new front and rear bumper design, with a sporty mesh-pattern grille. The gloss black exterior mirrors and the 16-inch alloy wheels with an exclusive design enhance the dynamic look of the Jazz e:HEV.
Looking at the interior, there are specific improvements that provide a sporty spirit. The seats are covered in exclusive black synthetic suede and grey synthetic leather. The three-spoke steering wheel is trimmed with three-spoke stitching, which is also present on the centre armrest and the door panels.

Superior performance
The Jazz e:HEV has also received updates to its powertrain. It consists of a combustion engine coupled with two electric motors. One of them works as a generator and the other handles propulsion. This second one adds 10 kW of power, that is, 14 CV. In total, it delivers a combined output of 90 kW, equivalent to 120 CV.
The CO2 emissions of the Jazz e:HEV are 104 g/km in the Advance trim, while in the Sport trim they rise slightly, to 106 g/km. To improve the car’s handling, work has been done on the suspension, especially on the Sport trim.
The understeer index at the front has been reduced by 8%, while at the rear it has increased by 20%. This makes the driving experience more dynamic. The new, stiffer dampers offer greater traction and improve the car’s stability in corners.
The renewed Jazz e:HEV has a towing capacity of 500 kg, allowing it to pull small trailers or a bicycle rack. Inside, space is the priority. The fuel tank has been placed in the centre of the chassis, a feature that makes it unique and allows the interior space to be adapted thanks to the Honda Magic Seat system.
Looking at the equipment, we find driver assistance systems. It is equipped with a high-definition camera that captures road conditions and identifies the traffic signs encountered on each journey. In the event of an impact, there are ten airbags, which fully protect the vehicle’s occupants, reinforcing safety.
