The tuner has worked on an Mercedes AMG G 63 and replaced the rear doors with suicide-opening ones, which add a spectacular look.

The Mercedes G-Class is one of the most impressive off-road vehicles in existence. This is why so many enthusiasts who enjoy tackling difficult terrain dream of getting behind the wheel of one of these models. And it is impressive not only for its exceptional off-road capabilities, but also for its unmistakable design.
But we already know that tuners want to elevate these models, which are already striking on their own, with improvements to their bodywork, equipment and even engine. Mansory has worked on an Mercedes AMG G 63 to improve several aesthetic and functional features. This AMG G63 was destined for a sales center in the United Arab Emirates.

Modifications to the vehicle
The vehicle has been fitted with several decorative elements made of black carbon fiber, the wheel arches have been enlarged, and new 23-inch wheels have been installed. But what stands out most on this transformed model is the change to the rear doors. These have become suicide doors, meaning they open in the opposite direction, offering more space when accessing the cabin.

This conversion is one of the most complicated that can be performed on a car. Rear doors and tailgates require a fairly high level of precision, so it is a delicate operation. To achieve it, the doors must be completely redesigned.
The position of the hinges and the opening and closing mechanism, which locks onto the B-pillar, must be replaced. This opening system dates back to the age of carriages and today is only commonly used on Rolls Royce models, so it is a type of mechanism that is usually associated with premium cars.
All these modifications are quite expensive, but they allow owners of the converted model to display a very spectacular look. The engine has also been modified, so this version of the off-roader features the 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine, but tuned so that it can deliver 890 CV.
