It’s inevitable. Whenever we start talking about anything related to the Bugatti Veyron, there is always a recurring element: the excessive price of everything related to its operation.

In this case we are not going to make an exception, because we bring you nothing less than “the most expensive exhaust system in the world”, according to the company responsible for its manufacture.

The Veyron at the centre of this news is a Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse, the most expensive and most powerful edition of all those built on the base of the “Franco-German” hypercar. The company responsible for the exhaust system is Quicksilver, known worldwide for its numerous creations for practically most of the sports cars on the automotive market. This aftermarket specialist has published a video in which we can hear this asphalt beast in all its glory.

According to the information provided by the British company, the exhaust system is built specifically for this model, which makes it an even more exclusive piece, especially when we discover that it has been made entirely of titanium, one of the most expensive metals. It is not known whether the exhaust system increases the final power in any way, which is already superlative. The Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse features an 8.0 W16 engine with four turbos and 1,200 CV, capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.6 seconds and reaching 410 km/h, which makes it the most expensive convertible in the world.

The exact price of this exhaust system is not known either, although it is to be expected that it is a 5-figure number. Undoubtedly, the sound emitted by the Bugatti with this exhaust is, to say the least, overwhelming. A tremendous roar that turns into a kind of tornado, capable of leaving us on the verge of deafness just by getting a little closer than we should.
