If you want a Toyota Land Cruiser designed for adventure, this preparation will delight you

At the SEMA 2024 we will be able to see several preparations based on the Toyota Land Cruiser. It won’t be unusual to find several of them in this digital magazine, but we want to focus on this preparation launched by Wescott Design. The tuner has held nothing back and has created a vehicle that could easily face the legendary Baja 500, one of the most demanding races that exist in the United States.

The Toyota Land Cruiser that has been presented is designed to be as agile and powerful as this race requires, but also practical on the road and even in the city. Many vehicles prepared for the desert are not useful on the streets, so the aim has been to unite both worlds, without giving up their adventurous spirit.

Designed for the desert

This variant is based on the Toyota Land Cruiser First Edition 2024, so it comes with the latest features added to the model. On the exterior it stands out for the glossy black exterior paint, finished with a satin PPF, which gives it that very special look. The golden color is also present on other parts of the bodywork, making it quite spectacular overall.

To create the right contrast, the 17-inch Innovate Racing G700 wheels feature a gold finish. They are fitted with 37-inch Toyo Open Country NTR Desert Race tires to tackle the rough terrain it is meant to cross.

The multi-link suspension with Fox shock absorbers helps the Land Cruiser perform on both types of terrain, and some suspension parts are made of machined aluminum and anodized gold. At the front it has a travel of 55.88 centimeters, while at the rear it is 45.72 centimeters. On the underbody, protection has been fitted to make driving safer over difficult terrain.

In addition to the traditional lighting, this Toyota Land Cruiser has been equipped with an LED light bar on the cabin roof, with seven light points. It also has five additional LED points, to provide good visibility even on the darkest night or in rain.

To improve the comfort of the occupants, the standard seats have been replaced with Sparco Evo S QRT sport seats with five-point harnesses, upholstered in leather with gold stitching. This model will be at the Toyota stand at the SEMA, alongside the rest of the model’s variants.
