Mansory Carbonado GTS, the custom farewell for the Lamborghini Aventador SVJ Roadster
Mansory also wanted to bid farewell to the Aventador and has created the Carbonado GTS for this purpose, a tuned version based on the Aventador SVJ Roadster

With the arrival of the Lamborghini Revuelto, the now iconic Aventador becomes part of the brand’s recent history as the last model to feature the famous V12 in the Lamborghini form we know it, bearing in mind that the Revuelto uses a V12 in a different configuration and is also a hybrid. After two versions and numerous special editions, the Aventador made its final farewell with the LP 780-4 Ultimae edition, inspired by the Miura Roadster presented back in 1968.
Ever since the end of Lamborghini Aventador production was announced, the brand rushed to bid it farewell as it deserved, something that prestigious tuners such as Novitec also did. Now Mansory does so too, taking as its reference the exclusive Aventador SVJ Roadster, whose production was limited by Lamborghini to just 800 units, and which now serves as the base for the German tuner to create this Mansory Carbonado GTS. Although let us recall that the Aventador SVJ had already passed through Mansory’s workshops, giving rise to the Mansory Cabrera with a much more daring and eye-catching look.

The Mansory Carbonado GTS will not leave anyone indifferent either, and follows the radical design line that Mansory applies to its tuning projects, although this one is perhaps a little more restrained. Each Carbonado GTS will be manufactured as a “one-off” for each customer, so we should not regard the two-tone paint with a gradient from black to copper as unique, but rather as an illustration of Mansory’s capacity to customise for each client. What all of them will have in common is their aerodynamic kit, made entirely of carbon fibre.

The front of the Carbonado GTS begins with a new bumper featuring various aerodynamic elements that help generate greater downforce and consequently improve traction. That is not the only change: as you can see, the entire vehicle incorporates design elements intended to improve that aerodynamic load, such as the front bonnet, the side skirts, the engine cover itself, the rear diffuser and the enormous rear spoiler, to which must be added side air intakes that grow in size to favour cooling of its V12 engine. All of this is complemented by Mansory’s CV.7 Air wheels, measuring 20 inches at the front axle and 21 inches at the rear.

Moving inside the Carbonado GTS, Mansory lets its customers define the final details, although, as we can see, an interior can be created to match the chosen exterior paint. We must also not forget that high-quality materials will be used, such as leather and Alcantara suede, along with carbon fibre inserts and contrasting stitching, all to create an interior worthy of such a distinguished model.

Mechanically, as we already know, the Aventador SVJ Roadster is equipped with the spectacular 6.5-litre V12, which delivers 770 CV and 720 Nm of torque. This is increased thanks to Mansory’s modifications to reach 820 CV and 780 Nm of torque, figures that enable it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.8 seconds and reach a top speed of 355 km/h. In addition, this power increase will be accompanied by an even more special soundtrack, as it features a new exhaust line which, besides helping the new performance, will also delight our ears.
