Porsche has a trick: this is the car turned into a photography studio
Porsche has modified one of its models so that it can be a mobile photography and video studio, with elements that allow technicians to work.

We imagine that you are drawn to the images obtained from the fastest cars. Seeing how they move on the road and how they handle the bends is very striking, but it is even more so when the images are captured on the track itself, without any tricks of any kind. To achieve these images, you need to be quite imaginative and create solutions that make it possible to capture these shots in the most natural way possible.
Porsche has created a car that allows photographers to capture the most striking images in the most natural way. The result can be seen in the photos we have of these remarkable models. It is a Porsche 718 Boxster S, a unit that has been turned into a mobile studio and equipped with everything needed so that it can serve as the base from which the images these cars require are taken.

It is not the first of its kind, since a few decades ago a Porsche Boxster was prepared to fulfil this role. But times change, and so do cars, and a more powerful vehicle was needed to keep pace with the more modern and powerful Porsche models. So a Porsche Boxster S with 350 CV was reworked to create this mobile studio.

Modifications to turn it into a mobile photography and video studio
The first step was to remove the soft top from the roof and add a roll bar, which is also used as an anchor point for the equipment. The bodywork has been painted black, which avoids reflections when taking the images and makes them sharper.
Steel tubes have also been added at the front and on the sides, which can be used to mount cameras and other equipment. The front boot has been fitted out with padding and harnesses so that photographers can position themselves without problems and safely, even when working at high speed.
Photographers can also stand between the two rows of seats thanks to the platform installed at that point. Wiring has been fitted so that the computer and cameras can be operated without problems, which are powered by an inverter.
This vehicle has already been used in several photo sessions, both on the circuit that Porsche has in Leipzig and in real road tests, such as a mountain test in Italy. It has always stayed in the background, as a vehicle of this kind should, letting the cars it photographs take centre stage. Now, however, the brand wanted to pay tribute to the engineers who designed it and the professionals who operate it.
