Sales of Leapmotor more than doubled in 2025
The growth of Leapmotor has been spectacular, and the company also has much more ambitious targets for the coming years.
Leapmotor closed 2025 just short of 600,000 vehicles delivered, 596,555 to be exact, representing an increase of 103.1 percent over the figure recorded in 2024. A notable fact that consolidates the Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer as one of the most dynamic in the sector at present.
The figures for the last month of the year are also quite positive for the company. Thus, in December Leapmotor delivered 60,423 vehicles to its customers, an increase of 42.1 percent over the same month of the previous year. A very positive figure as well, but somewhat more moderate than that achieved in previous months, since both in October and November the brand’s deliveries exceeded 70,000 vehicles each month.

The last quarter of the year was historic for Leapmotor with a total of 201,039 vehicles delivered, representing an increase of 15.6 percent over the third quarter of the year, and of 66.4 percent over the same period of 2024. As a result, more than a third of annual sales were concentrated in these last three months of the year, even surpassing the annual total for 2023, when barely 144,000 units were reached.
Things are not going badly for Leapmotor in the European market either
In Europe, on the other hand, Leapmotor enjoys particular recognition for its T03 city car, the brand’s first model to arrive on the continent and whose production was temporarily carried out in Poland. The range of electric vehicles from Leapmotor in China is, however, much broader, although some of these models are beginning to reach the European market as well, as is the case with the C10 and B10 SUVs. The latter, although initially it will be imported from China, over the course of this year will begin to be produced at the Spanish plant in Figueruelas, Zaragoza.

For 2026, Leapmotor has set the ambitious target of delivering one million vehicles, nearly doubling again the figure recorded the previous year. In the longer term, the company aims to reach four million vehicles delivered per year. Although this will probably not happen until well into the next decade.
