The Bugatti Divo is undergoing its final tests before reaching its buyers' garages
The Bugatti Divo has already been through several tests and is still undergoing them before the 40 units built reach the hands of their buyers

Almost a year ago we first saw the Bugatti Divo, an evolution of the Bugatti Chiron, a car that already has a strong presence and that we would love to take a closer look at and drive for a while. With the Divo, the French brand gives us an even more striking car that is powerful, attractive and very alluring. But a car like this cannot be for many people, which is why only 40 units have been built, and all of them, of course, have already been sold.
Each buyer has had to pay more than 5 million euros for their car, so what they want is a supercar that meets all their expectations. That is why the tests that all the cars on sale have passed are important. The car must perform in very demanding situations, and these tests extend almost up to the moment of delivery.

To check that the Bugatti Divo delivers on its promises, several tests have been carried out, taking the Divo to a desert where it was tested in temperatures exceeding 40ºC, a temperature that pushes a car to its limits. Under these hot, dry and arid conditions it was possible to verify the durability and performance of the supercar.

BUGATTI DIVO, ULTIMAS PRUEBAS
Data was recorded such as a top speed of 250 km/h, which is not bad at all for a setting like the one used in the tests. Behind the wheel of the Bugatti Divo was development engineer Julia Lemke, who made sure that every element of the Divo is properly calibrated. The Bugatti Divo uses an 8.0-litre turbocharged W16 engine that produces 1,479 CV of power and a maximum torque of 1,600 Nm.
These figures, together with a lighter weight than the Chiron, as it weighs 35 kg less than that model. The Divo’s top speed is 380 km/h, but the tests were limited to a speed closer to what a user can actually drive, even on a circuit. Deliveries to buyers are close
