The new Jaguar F-PACE SVR remains faithful to the supercharged V8
The design update of the Jaguar F-PACE SVR also brings us improvements in the performance of the powerful supercharged V8, which resists electrification

Jaguar presents its new F-PACE SVR, the most powerful and sporty version of the updated Jaguar F-PACE. A model that, once again, positions itself as the fastest and most powerful SUV from the brand.
To do so, Jaguar continues to rely on the petrol V8 engine with supercharging, which delivers 550 CV and raises peak torque to 700 Nm. The performance speaks for itself, and confirms that the sporty image of the F-PACE SVR is not just appearance: the 0-100 km/h acceleration is covered in just 4 seconds, and the SUV is capable of reaching a top speed of 286 km/h.
Jaguar has not used any hybridisation system in this sporty version of the F-PACE; let us recall that mild hybridisation has reached other engines in the range.
Update for engine, chassis and transmission
The update of the F-PACE SVR on the technical side does not stop at the engine revisions, which manage to reduce fuel consumption to 12.2 l/100 km on the WLTP combined cycle.

Jaguar has also introduced changes to the transmission and chassis. For example, the steering features an electronic assistance system with a more direct setting. The configuration of the adaptive damping and of the “Dynamic” driving programme has also been modified, and a “Launch” mode is added to accelerate with the best possible traction from a standstill, taking advantage of the all-wheel drive of Jaguar with the Intelligent Driveline Dynamics system.
As for the brakes, in addition to a recalibration of the system, the so-called Integrated Power Booster is added, a kind of electric brake booster. Work has also been done to improve the cooling of the discs and calipers.
Design and interior of the Jaguar F-PACE SVR: a thorough renewal
Externally, in addition to the larger cooling air intakes, the new F-PACE SVR has evolved considerably in aerodynamics. Not only is the Cx drag coefficient reduced from 0.37 to 0.36, but body lift has also been reduced by 35%. All this with a design that conveys greater aggressiveness and sportiness.
For the interior, Jaguar uses the luxurious Windsor leather combined with Alcantara, in a cabin where the large 12.3-inch high-definition interactive screen takes centre stage on the dashboard. It integrates the new Pivi Pro infotainment system of Jaguar.

The price of the F-PACE SVR for the Spanish market starts at 121,100 euros. Among its possible rivals, an Audi RS Q8 with a 600 CV twin-turbo V8 engine is more powerful, faster and sportier, but also more expensive: 155,700 euros. An BMW X6 M50i, with 530 CV, is priced from 115,700 euros, while an Mercedes-AMG GLE 53 Coupé, with 435 CV, starts at 121,050 euros. Among the sportiest SUVs, no mention can be missing of Porsche: the Macan Turbo with 440 CV costs 106,372 euros, while the Cayenne GTS Coupé, with 460 CV, is available from 137,000 euros.
