In this way, when the door is opened, it will release air vertically. When the driver sits down and closes the door, it will regulate the air so as to cool the vehicle’s occupants.

This regulation will be carried out according to the system’s programming, so the air can arrive directly or be diverted indirectly. The climate control is included within the system controlled through the 15-inch screen fitted to the vehicle. From it, settings can be changed or the air switched from cold to hot manually if necessary.

In addition, the climate control can be modified and controlled through voice commands. By saying “Hello, Volkswagen. My hands are cold“, it will activate the steering wheel heating and direct warm air around the steering wheel for about five minutes. Another advantage is that each user’s preferences for the vehicle can be registered and saved so that they are activated when the driver changes.
