TechArt has some fun with the Porsche Cayenne S and presents this proposal

The TechArt tuner has once again worked on the Porsche Cayenne and has presented a new body kit that fits the new generation.

Luxury car tuners strive to make their proposals break with factory specifications. So it is no surprise that the results of their modifications, once completed, bring us cars that are far more than what we expect from a production model. TechArt has just presented a body kit for the Porsche Cayenne S (one more since it began working on the model) and which brings more than simple aesthetic changes.

The image of the Cayenne is usually considered rather understated, so it is where TechArt has worked the most, seeking to offer a much more attractive image for the buyer. Its latest products have already been adapted and are also compatible with the third generation of the model, which was presented recently, both for the standard version and for the coupé configuration.

TechArt’s contribution

At the front we find a new carbon fibre bonnet, a redesigned front bumper, combined with an air intake trim. Together, this brings the image of the Cayenne closer to that offered by the Lamborghini Urus, giving it a more dynamic look. On the sides, the skirts are sharper and the 21-inch wheels can be replaced with larger ones.

At the rear, a larger spoiler mounted on the roof and a larger adaptive spoiler above the boot have been added. By comparison, it should be noted that the Cayenne has a double rear spoiler made of carbon fibre. Additional fins have been placed on the rear bumper and also a larger diffuser.

Inside, upholstery in Alcantara and leather has been used, with contrasting stitching in customisable colours and details made of carbon fibre. As for aerodynamics, we know it does not substantially improve this aspect of the model, but it does adjust it to get the maximum benefit from it at any speed.

Engine improvements

The engine has also received improvements with the new TechArt kit. The tuner has achieved a power increase of up to 89 CV and the maximum torque increases by 120 Nm. With these improvements it reaches 557 CV and a maximum torque of 720 Nm, figures that allow it to surpass the GTS trim level.

As an option, the exhausts can be replaced to improve the car’s sound. The add-ons can be fitted to the original exhausts or replaced with the new carbon or titanium tips.
