The Maserati GT2 Stradale leaves the track for the road to surprise with its performance
The Maserati GT2 Stradale has been tested both on the track and on the road during an event in Marbella that demonstrated its efficiency and comfort.

There is no greater pleasure than going around the track behind the wheel of one of the cars built to tackle competition circuits. Feeling the power and the high degree of handling of these vehicles allows you to experience all the most intense sensations these cars offer. But sometimes all of that passes to a variant of that same model, this time designed for the road.
This is the case of the Maserati GT2 Stradale, a model presented at the past Monterey Car Week in August 2024. This model was created to be enjoyed on track, but it has also been designed for those who want to drive it on the road, so a version has been homologated for everyday use, without losing the performance that makes it an exceptional sports car and without giving up the comfort and ease that distinguish Maserati.

This version of the Maserati GT2 Stradale was shown at an event in Marbella, where it could be tested both in terms of track performance and its behavior on the road. In this way, it was possible to verify how it behaved as a car built for competition and how comfortable it is, like any other model from the Italian brand, for daily use.

MASERATI GT2 STRADALE ROAD VERSION
The route took the car through the roads of the Sierra de las Nieves National Park and reached the Ascari circuit. The circuit is located in Ronda, so the setting is also quite spectacular, matching the car. The choice is not accidental, since the circuit bears the surname of the Maserati racing driver, making it a tribute to the brand’s legacy.
Features of the Maserati GT2 Stradale
According to the brand, this model offers the best of the MC20 and the GT2. The power of the Nettuno V6 engine has been increased to 640 CV, which adds 10 CV over what the MC20 offers. This power is delivered to the rear axle and allows a top speed of 324 km/h. With these figures, the 0 to 100 km/h acceleration time of 2.8 seconds is hardly surprising.
At the event, the car was dressed in several special decorations, as a customization area was set up at the Ascari circuit, and in another area visitors could see part of the history of Maserati Corse, with the GT2 precursor on display.
