The SEAT Ibiza can now be fitted with the DSG gearbox, and these are its prices for Spain
You can now fit the DSG automatic gearbox to your new SEAT Ibiza, but only on the FR and Xcellence trims, and with just one engine option

The range and options of the new SEAT Ibiza are gradually being completed; the latest to arrive was the Ibiza Full Connect, as the months have gone by since it went on sale in our country. It was precisely at its launch that we found that, initially, the fourth generation of the Ibiza did not offer the DSG automatic gearbox, something SEAT has already taken care of fixing.
From the SEAT configurator you can now fit the DSG gearbox to your future Ibiza, a gearbox that is a dual-clutch with seven speeds, already well known from a wide range of VAG Group models. But beware: not all engines and trims available will be able to take the DSG gearbox, as it will only be available on the highest trims in the range. the FR and the Xcellence.

Within these two trims we will find equipment that differs in some details, both quite complete, among which we can highlight, for example, electric heated mirrors, SEAT Drive Profile, six speakers, “Plus” on-board computer, rear electric window, AUX-in and USB connections and Bluetooth, folding rear seats, LED rear lights, or the hill start assist, among others.
Once we have chosen the trim that suits us best, or that we like most, we can opt for the DSG automatic gearbox. But perhaps at this step there will be future customers who are not happy, since SEAT only allows it to be paired with the 1.0-litre TSI engine that delivers a power of 115 CV and a maximum torque of 200 Nm. For this engine SEAT has homologated an average consumption of 4.7 litres per 100 km, with CO2 emissions of 108 g/km and a top speed of 193 km/h.
As for its price, regardless of the trim finally chosen, it will be the same for both the FR and the Xcellence, set for the Spanish market at 17,330 Euros.
