Brabus GLE Coupé 900 Rocket Edition: The fastest SUV in the world is born
This tuning package, based on a Mercedes-Benz GLE Coupé, produces an incredible 900 CV and is capable of reaching 330 km/h

Brabus, the tuner specialised in Mercedes-Benz, has just unveiled its latest and most incredible creation. This beast is called Brabus GLE Coupé 900 Rocket Edition, a series that will be limited to just 25 units and which, in addition to boasting a look that is pure Brabus, has a heart full of fury that makes it the fastest SUV in history.
Plenty of carbon fibre
At the front, the large grille with two red slats and the Brabus logo taking centre stage, the muscular bumper with huge air intakes and the sporty splitter in carbon fibre quickly tell us that this machine is anything but ordinary.

From the side, apart from its enormous 24-inch wheels forged Brabus Monoblock “Platinum Edition”, it doesn’t resort to overly eye-catching elements. Its carbon fibre side blades and a fairly discreet side skirt are the only novelties we can see.
At the rear, we can’t say the same. The muscular look of the GLE Coupé is accentuated by a huge carbon fibre diffuser, four exhaust tailpipes made of titanium and carbon with active sound management, and a subtle rear spoiler, also in carbon fibre, that complete the attractive and aggressive styling of this machine.

An exceptional interior
The cabin of this Brabus also features a high level of luxury. Fully upholstered in leather and perforated leather with red topstitching, carbon fibre trim and numerous dark red elements create a truly special atmosphere.
Having finished this brief look at the design, we move on to its mechanical section. Under the bonnet, this new SUV uses the same twin-turbo V8 engine as the AMG version, although this time with 4.4 litres of displacement, new high-performance turbochargers, forged pistons and connecting rods, a new crankshaft and a reprogrammed ECU.

Power in abundance
With all this, the machine delivers 900 CV and a spectacular 1,950 Nm of torque, which has been limited to 1,050 Nm. This powertrain is sent to the 4MATIC+ all-wheel-drive system and paired with a nine-speed automatic gearbox, allowing it to go from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds and reach a top speed of up to 330 km/h, making it the ultimate SUV.
You can imagine that the price of this beast is proportional to the record it holds, and if you want to get your hands on one, you’ll have to pay no less than 381,243 euros, to which you’ll need to add the price of the GLE 63 S Coupé, resulting in a total of 536,543 euros. A figure that, to be honest, is not suitable for every budget.
