The Manhart MH8 800 gets a new look and pushes its power beyond 800 CV
The German tuner has just unveiled a new version of its most radical BMW M8, with a very aggressive look and no less than 823 CV under its bonnet

As we have already seen with the BMW X6M, the Audi RSQ8, or the Mercedes-AMG C63, Manhart has once again been up to its old tricks, this time using as a base the most luxurious coupé from BMW, the M8 it presented a few months ago under the name Manhart MH8 800, which has now been modified to sport a new appearance.
First of all, this machine comes with a specific body kit that adds a fairly aggressive carbon-fibre front splitter, a new bumper with more pronounced ribbing and a new bonnet with two large cooling intakes, all finished in a matte electric blue.

A subtle dose of carbon
Looking at the Manhart MH8 800 in profile, we find carbon-fibre side skirts and Spider alloy wheels in 21 inches, which, thanks to its new adjustable KW dampers, allow the ride height to be lowered by 30 mm, sitting the car closer to the ground.
At the rear, this Manhart features a small carbon-fibre rear spoiler, a more aggressive new bumper and a new diffuser housing four carbon-fibre exhaust outlets, which produce the sound of its powerful V8 M TwinPower Turbo.

Stepping inside, there are no major changes compared with a standard M8, although you will find carbon-fibre trim dyed blue on the sports multifunction steering wheel, the centre console and the door panels.
Engine and performance
Having covered the design, let us turn to the 4.4-litre V8 under the bonnet which, thanks to the tuner’s modifications, delivers 823 CV and 1,070 Nm of torque, courtesy of new turbochargers and an intercooler to cool the system.

With all this, Manhart confirms that this MH8 800 can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.6 seconds and from 0 to 200 km/h in only 5.7 seconds.
As for pricing, we have no confirmed figures at the moment, although we do know that production will be limited to 10 units.
