The Black Line Edition range arrives on most Audi models

Audi has decided to offer greater customisation options across much of its current range through the “Black Line Edition” versions. As the name suggests, the vehicles from the four-ring brand that belong to this new edition use glossy black on many of their elements.
For now, the “Black Line Edition” starts with the Audi A4 Avant, A6 Avant, A7 Sportback, Q3, Q5, Q7 and TT Coupé, although according to the German company, part of the Volkswagen Group, it will gradually be extended to the rest of the vehicles.
The changes are not drastic, but it is true that the look of each of them gains sportiness and aggressiveness. This edition takes the Sport edition and S line edition as its base, adding the full exterior pack with the Black Line’s black details and wheels one inch larger on these seven models, except for the Audi A7 Sportback, which keeps the same size.

As can be seen in the images and in the gallery we have left at the bottom of this article, all models receive glossy black on the air intakes, the surround of the front grille, the window frames and the exterior mirror housings. Also in black, but on this occasion without the gloss finish, are the famous Singleframe front grille, the rear diffuser and the roof rails. In addition, units with the Black Line Edition come with darkened rear windows.
According to Audi, the next models to be available with this special edition, where black is the star, will be the Audi A3 and the newly presented Audi A5, although we will have to wait until after the summer for them.
On the other hand, the German four-ring brand guarantees a saving of around 50 % (depending on the model) when choosing the edition instead of buying each element individually.
