B03X Leapmotor Electric Cars Crossovers
The Leapmotor A10 debuts in Europe under the name B03X
Leapmotor is stepping up its offensive in Europe, offering more accessible electrified options tailored to the needs of the continental market, from urban compacts to electric SUVs with extended range.
At the 2026 Brussels Motor Show, the Chinese manufacturer Leapmotor has unveiled the new B03X to the public. It is an electric crossover in the B segment, which is simply the adaptation for our market of the A10 that was already shown in China last November at the Guangzhou Motor Show.
At 4.31 metres long, this new Leapmotor model sits in the manufacturer’s range just below the B10, without entering the European A category of exclusively urban models. Leapmotor has probably changed its name for this reason, as the name A10 could cause some confusion.

The new B03X is based on a brand-new global platform from the Chinese manufacturer, designed to meet international standards and to prioritise reliable electric performance, the integration of smart technology and, above all, everyday practicality. Stellantis, Leapmotor’s European partner, stresses that this model reinforces the brand’s commitment to the European market as a key region for its global growth, especially in a segment such as compact models, which is growing strongly worldwide.
In Brussels, the B03X was shown with an aerodynamic exterior design featuring flush door handles, LED lighting and a floating roof. It should be noted, however, that the windows were completely tinted and the doors closed, thus preventing a view of the vehicle’s interior. Leapmotor already used this strategy with the B05 at the IAA Mobility in Munich.

New version of the Leapmotor B10
Additionally, and separately from the new B03X, Leapmotor also presented in Brussels the extended-range (EREV) version of the B10 SUV. This new model combines a 18.8 kWh battery pack with a 1.5-litre petrol engine acting as a generator with an output of 50 kW. In fully electric mode this new version of the B10 can cover around 80 km, according to the manufacturer, with total range rising to 900 km when the combustion engine comes into action.

Orders in Germany for this new EREV version of the B10 will open in the second quarter of 2026, although its exact price has not yet been confirmed. In any case, let us remember that the fully electric B10 has a base price of 29,990 euros and, even with the larger battery pack and fully equipped, it remains below 34,000 euros.
