The sales of the renewed DS Nº4 are now open, so you can already see its equipment and prices
After a few months since its presentation, DS has finally started sales of the renewed DS Nº4, which comes with a special trim level

It was last spring when DS unveiled the restyle applied to the Nº4, a model that, according to the brand, has been updated drawing inspiration from the spectacular DS E-Tense Performance and following the goal the brand always sets for its cars: refining them to offer the greatest possible French luxury. Several months have passed since we first saw it, but the brand is finally ready to launch the Nº4 on the market, including Spain, where we already know its price.
Let’s recall that the DS Nº4 has been renewed, starting with the exterior, now offering a more sophisticated look built around lighting, because nowadays it seems that if your car doesn’t have some kind of lighting in the grille or on the logo itself, it’s nothing. That is why the DS Nº4 now also features illuminated strips that stem from the daytime running lights at the ends of the bumper, which are also newly designed, to reach the illuminated DS logo. At the rear there are new LED headlights with Dark Chrome trim that receive embossed scales engraved with a laser.

As for the interior, DS has focused on giving the Nº4 a more luxurious image, as we mentioned at the beginning, and to do so it uses quality materials combined with a design and colours that have been specifically studied. This is reflected, for example, in the embossed inserts with the “Clous de Paris” motif, the Bracelet stitching on the Nappa Criollo leather upholstery, the pearl-point stitching, and the brown ash wood details for the dashboard and centre console.

In Spain the DS Nº4 will be offered in two trim levels plus one exclusive. The first is the Pallas trim, which includes the following standard equipment:
- High-density fabric seats (Diamond Tungsten) and black Basalto vegan leather

Finally, we arrive at the Jules Verne special edition, based on the Pallas trim but increasing its exclusivity with extended equipment and exclusive personalisation details, so you will find elements such as the following:

As for its engines, the DS Nº4 in the Hybrid version uses a three-cylinder 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol engine with a 21 kW (28 CV) electric motor, which delivers a combined output of 145 CV and 230 Nm of torque and is managed by a six-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox. One step above, as the more powerful option, there is the Plug-in Hybrid version, which uses a four-cylinder 180 CV turbocharged petrol engine with a 125 CV electric motor, resulting in a combined output of 225 CV and 360 Nm of torque, plus a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox and a 14.6 kWh battery, which allows it to cover 81 kilometres in 100% electric mode.

The DS Nº4 E-Tense will be the fully electric variant. It uses an electric motor producing 213 CV and 343 Nm of torque, working together with a 58.3 kWh battery of net capacity, a combination that allows it to achieve 450 kilometres of range according to the WLTP test cycle. It features V2L technology and comes as standard with an 11 kW three-phase onboard charger, with which it can reach a charging power of up to 120 kW on direct current, meaning that at a fast charging point it can go from 20% to 80% charge in about 30 minutes.
The new DS Nº4 can already be ordered with prices starting from 38,600 euros for the most basic version, that is, the Pallas trim with the Hybrid engine. On the other hand, the Nº4 Jules Verne Hybrid starts from 41,100 euros.
