The Suzuki e Vitara, the electric version of the popular 4×4, goes on sale in Spain in spring, and we already know its equipment and prices

Just before the end of 2024, Suzuki rushed to announce what would be its first fully electric model, the e Vitara, a model that arrives based on the eVX prototype the brand presented at the Auto Expo in India and at the 2023 Japan Mobility Show. Its launch in our country has been long awaited, but finally Suzuki announces its arrival at dealerships, as well as its equipment and prices.
As we told you at the time, the Suzuki e Vitara comes with a distinctive styling compared to the conventional model, which, as you know, can only be chosen with MHEV and HEV powertrains. For the fully electric model, the front end is different and divided into two levels, with the upper section completely closed and painted in the same colour as the rest of the bodywork except for the central strip, where the Suzuki logo sits. A new look that also carries over to the rear, where the tailgate, the light cluster and the bumper are all newly designed.

Suzuki confirms that the e Vitara can be chosen in six colours for the base trim, while the top trim will have an exclusive colour as well as the option of two-tone combinations with a black roof. As for the mechanicals, the Suzuki e Vitara will initially be offered with a single electric motor in two power outputs: 106 kW (144 CV) and 189 Nm, or 128 kW (175 CV) and 189 Nm. In both cases drive will be 4×2 or what Suzuki calls eAxle, which integrates the motor and inverter together with a lithium iron phosphate battery, which by the way will be 49 kWh for the first option. The second option will be paired with a higher-capacity battery, specifically 61 kWh.
There will be a third option that also uses the 61 kWh battery, but in this case it will be 4×4 thanks to the AllGrip-e electric traction system, which uses a 128 kW (175 CV) electric motor on the front axle and a 48 kW (66 CV) motor on the rear axle, achieving a combined output of 135 kW (185 CV) and 300 Nm of torque.
