Electric Cars

Electric cars use a battery as their source of propulsion to move. This movement can be assisted by a combustion engine (hybrid HEV and plug-in hybrid PHEV) or powered solely by the battery (100% electric EV).

2020 is set to be the year of electric vehicles, when all brands will present their electric products and mark the start of the transition to the electric era, driven by brands’ commitment, growing social awareness of climate change, and regulations from city councils and governments that increasingly restrict the most polluting vehicles.

For the Japanese brand, the time has come to commit to fully electric models: at the end of the year the new C-HR+ will reach the market, in the form of an SUV coupé, with front-wheel or all-wheel drive versions, up to 343 CV of power and a homologated WLTP range of up to 600 km. In 2026 it plans to launch three more 100% electric models.
