Mansory F8XX Spider: improving the recipe with a now convertible bodywork

The prestigious German tuner has just unveiled its latest creation based on the horse-badged supercar, this time on its Spider version

Mansory F8XX Spider

More than a year ago, tuner Mansory first introduced us to its F8XX, a Ferrari F8 Tributo modified in the purest style of the tuner, with a specific body kit, plenty of carbon fibre, spectacular gold-coloured wheels and, as could not be otherwise, jaw-dropping performance.

Now, Mansory is back at it, but this time with its F8XX Spider, the convertible version, which it has modified following practically the same blueprint as the hardtop version, though with quite a few different elements.

Mansory F8XX Spider

Radically aggressive

First, starting with the exterior, the Mansory F8XX Spider sports a British Racing Green paint job, along with several fluorescent yellow details on the side vinyls, the longitudinal stripes and the edging of its aggressive diffuser, sill covers, mirror housings and splitter.

At a quick glance, you will easily notice the body kit fitted to this machine, which widens its stance and gives it an atomic look, thanks to plenty of forged carbon fibre on the front bumper, canards, splitter, side cooling intakes and sill covers. Furthermore, the rear is where this type of carbon fibre is used most, since its distinctive spoiler, the trim running along the upper part of the rear and its prominent diffuser are also made from this material.

In case its eye-catching components had not already caught your attention, Mansory has equipped its new F8XX Spider with new forged wheels measuring 21 inches at the front and 22 inches at the rear, which feature a truly striking design.

Hardly discreet

Inside, Mansory’s preparation does not go unnoticed either: the cabin has been fully upholstered in leather in the same green as the exterior, combined with fluorescent yellow details, carbon fibre trim and a few nods to the Italian flag on the gear selector buttons, the stitching and the dashboard.

As for the mechanical side, Mansory has also been busy improving the performance of the standard model, increasing output from 720 CV and 770 Nm of peak torque to 880 CV and 960 Nm of torque, thanks to a new turbo and a new exhaust system.

For now, the tuner has not wished to announce any details about the 0–100 km/h or 0–200 km/h times, nor its price, so we will have to wait to learn more.
