Sedans Electric Cars Compact SUV
These are the most anticipated cars of 2020
In the first months of 2020 the new models proposed by brands and the new generations of already known models will arrive. Which one appeals to you?

The new year is here, and we are gradually leaving 2019 behind to welcome 2020. The models launched in 2019 and already on our roads are well established. But there are models that will not arrive until 2020, and we will keep watching them as the months go by. These are the cars arriving in 2020 that we are eagerly waiting for.
SEAT León
The SEAT León will present its fourth generation in 2020. We do not yet have definitive images of the changes made to this Spanish compact, but we know some details about this new edition. For example, we know it will feature a large multimedia screen and digital instrumentation. It will come with diesel, petrol and mild-hybrid engines. The sportier version will be carried under the CUPRA brand.
Volkswagen Golf

The Volkswagen Golf has already been presented. It is essentially the bigger cousin of the SEAT León. The best-known compact of all time keeps its essence and is one of the most anticipated cars of 2020. It will bring all the technology expected from an update of the Volkswagen Golf, and it will offer petrol and diesel engines as well as two plug-in hybrids. The petrol versions will have Mild Hybrid versions, while a sporty Volkswagen Golf GT version will also be launched, for which no data has been published yet.
Volkswagen ID.3

The Volkswagen ID.3, the electric vehicle presented by the German brand, will be ready for 2020. Three versions will be available, with 320, 420 and 550 kilometres of range, and the price of this electric car starts at 30,000 euros, which brings this type of mobility fairly close to the general public.
Toyota RAV-4 PHEV

In 2020 the Toyota RAV4 PHEV will arrive, a plug-in hybrid model with an electric-mode range of 60 kilometres, which will allow it to carry the DGT’s environmental label 0. The new version of this model has a 2.5-litre engine producing 218 CV, combined with an electric motor that raises the output to 306 CV.
SEAT el-Born

The version of the Volkswagen ID.3 under the Spanish brand is the SEAT el-Born. It shares the MEB platform with the ID.3 and has fully digital instrumentation through multimedia screens. Like most SEAT models, the name points to a Spanish place, in this case the well-known Born district of Barcelona.
Audi RS Q8

The Audi RS Q8 is the new SUV at the top of Audi’s range and finally gets a sporty version. Thanks to mild hybridisation it achieves the DGT ECO environmental label. The system allows four cylinders to be deactivated in low-demand situations, reducing consumption and polluting emissions.
Skoda Octavia

The fourth generation of the Skoda Octavia will arrive in 2020 with a very major styling update. The coupé line becomes more pronounced in this version, giving the car a sportier character. There are two plug-in hybrid variants with 204 and 205 CV, although it keeps the traditional petrol and diesel engines.
Mazda MX-30

The Japanese brand will launch its first electric vehicle in 2020. It is the Mazda MX-30, a mid-size SUV whose most striking feature is the way its rear doors open. It will be powered by electricity stored in a 35.5 kWh battery, providing a range of around 200 km. However, there is no information yet about the motor it will carry.
Renault Captur

The second generation of the Renault Captur is completely renewed to strengthen its position in the B-segment SUV market. Among the new features for the model is the launch of two plug-in hybrid versions, which will allow it to carry the DGT’s zero-emissions environmental label. The lines have been softened and the roof has a more pronounced slope, giving it a more dynamic look.
Mercedes Benz GLB

The German brand wants to keep dominating the SUV market, so it will launch this new proposal, the Mercedes Benz GLB. It is said to be more efficient off-road than many SUVs and to have a fairly efficient off-road capability. With its two petrol and three diesel variants, it will offer fun and safety to the five or seven occupants who can travel in the model.
