Ferrari F8 N-Largo, Novitec takes the Italian beast a step further

The German tuner Novitec is usually known for its good taste when it comes to tackling the best sports cars, with understated changes that give them a more aggressive look, all combined with the necessary dose of power, as we saw earlier this year with the presentation of the project they carried out on the Ferrari F8 Tributo.

The Ferrari F8 Tributo is the model created by the Maranello brand that replaced the 488 GTB, an authentic beast featuring components and solutions taken directly from the 488 Pista, which were developed straight from the Formula 1 single-seaters of the brand’s competition division. The F8 Tributo is once again the star of a Novitec tuning project, renamed F8 N-Largo, which will arrive as a strictly limited edition of just 15 units.

Starting with its bodywork, Novitec has not held back on changes to the body, with an aerodynamic and styling kit developed in collaboration with designer Vittorio Strosek that widens it by 13 mm, in which carbon fibre is the main feature, whether painted or left exposed. As we can see, the front receives a new bumper with three huge air intakes and a divided lower splitter, which also serves to install new headlights slightly different from those fitted to this model as standard.

Continuing with the front end, the bonnet air intake features an exposed carbon fibre frame, as do the mirror housings, the front gills positioned over the wheel arches, the side skirts, the rear engine cover which also gets a new air intake, the rear spoiler, or the elaborate rear diffuser, topped off by the beautiful 5-spoke double wheels in 21 and 22-inch sizes created by the American manufacturer Vossen. Inside, Novitec will allow future owners of the F8 N-Largo to customise it to their taste, in any colour they desire for both the leather and the Alcantara that covers it throughout.

Mechanically, under the bonnet the Ferrari F8 N-Largo still houses the monstrous 3,900 cc V8 fitted to the F8 Tributo, a power output that, let us remember, stands at 720 CV as standard with 770 Nm of torque, but which for the F8 N-Largo is increased thanks to modifications to the ECU, reaching an impressive 818 CV and a staggering torque of 903 Nm. These figures allow it to accelerate from standstill to 100 km/h in just 2.6 seconds, with a top speed of 340 km/h. The final touch comes from the new exhaust system, which provides a powerful sound worthy of this creation.

As I mentioned at the beginning, only 15 units of the Novitec Ferrari F8 N-Largo will be built, at a price that has not yet been revealed but which, according to the German tuner, have all already been sold.
