Ken Block shows off his new toy: an F-150 Raptor Ford loaded with goodies
Ken Block has gotten his hands on one of the new Ford F-150 Raptors we were shown after he added several components with the help of SVC Offroad

When we think of Ken Block, rallies immediately come to mind, along with his spectacular Gymkhana videos, which, although we’re already up to the tenth edition, still leave us open-mouthed, and, as could not be otherwise, the incredible modifications he makes to his vehicles to perform them, which also gives him a garage full of real gems. To these we must add a new adventure companion: a Ford F-150 Raptor with some surprises inside.
The Ford F-150 Raptor is one of the most coveted pick-ups among off-road enthusiasts thanks to its great qualities, and not only in the United States but anywhere in the world. In the Old Continent we have to settle for a substitute which, although it isn’t the same, does help quench our cravings: the Ford Ranger Raptor. By the way, it won’t be the first pick-up in Block’s garage, since you may remember that not long ago he modified an F-150 to fit tracks and go crazy in the snow, in addition to the 1997 F-150 Hoonitruck that appears in Gymkhana Ten.

Ken Block has moved to Moab, Utah (perhaps familiar as the home of the Moab Jeep Safari gathering) to put his new F-150 Raptor to the test, but first it had to pass through the hands of SVC Offroad in California, a company specialised in making F-150 Raptors even more beastly and capable on any type of terrain. In the video you can watch below, Ken Block begins by presenting its exterior decoration, which features new stickers that glow in the dark, creating a curious composition, accompanied by the two powerful LED light bars at the front.
But the real “meat” lies under its bodywork, where SVC Offroad has worked to create a pick-up that, in the words of Ken Block himself, is easier to drive at high speeds while also allowing more aggressive entries and exits from corners. This “Hoonigan” F-150 Raptor will devour any surface thanks to the bypass shock absorbers signed by Fox, 3.5 inches at the front axle and 4.0 inches at the rear, plus 17-inch wheels Fifteen52 Turbomac HD fitted with Toyo Open Country M/T tyres of 37 inches.

The engine has also been modified to make it even more spectacular: with some small changes to its ECU, the power of the 3,500 cc EcoBoost V6 rises to 550 CV with 813 Nm of torque, accompanied by minor changes to the turbo, a new stainless steel exhaust line that doesn’t end at the edge of the rear bumper, and a new air intake.
For now, Ken Block has devoted himself to a first hands-on test of his new Ford F-150 Raptor, and as you can see it performs flawlessly when Block demands it, so we will surely not be long in seeing it in full action in an upcoming video.
